On September 17th at the International Software Measurement & Analysis Conference, Q/P delivered two important announcements:
- Q/ P Management Group and CHARISMATEK Software Metrics have formed a strategic tool alliance. This alliance - linking Q/P’s software measurement, estimating, and benchmarking tools with the function point sizing capabilities and data repositories of the Function Point WORKBENCH™ - introduces a fully integrated measurement and reporting solution second to none in the industry. - Q/ P Management Group debuted its Software Measurement and Reporting (SMR) tool. SMR’s customizable, user-friendly interface allows a user to quickly enter key project data, generate project performance reports, compare the performance to benchmarks, analyze the results of the comparisons, and publish reports in either Word™ or PowerPoint™.
